摘 要:随着新能源车的发展,带电子膨胀阀的车用三蒸发器热管理系统被广泛应用。产生了电子膨胀阀对系统的影响及控制问题。通过dSPACE驱动,搭建了带电池冷却电子膨胀阀的新能源车用三蒸发器并联系统。对电池冷却电子膨胀阀对三蒸系统的性能影响进行试验研究,发现电子膨胀阀开度增加会导致乘客舱出风温度平均下降0.99℃,能效比(COP)平均下降为6.2%。结果表明,电池发热量对阀稳定位置的影响远大于乘客舱用户设定,三蒸系统中电子膨胀阀的控制无需考虑空调侧的影响。With the development of new energy vehicles, three-evaporator thermal system with electronic expansion valve(EXV) is widely used. The influence of EXV on the system and the control problem are turned up. Driven by dSPACE, a parallel system of three evaporators for new energy vehicles with battery-cooling EXV is built. The effect of battery cooling EXV on the system performance is studied experimentally. It is found that the increase of the EXV opening will lead to an average decrease of 0.99 ℃ in the cabin outlet air temperature and an average decrease of 6.2% in the COP. The results show that the influence of battery heat generation on the stable position of the valve is much greater than that HVAC setting by the user, and the control of the EXV in the three-evaporator system does not need to consider the influence of the air conditioning side.
