摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌中EGFR蛋白表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法应用免疫组化MaxVinsonTM法检测乳腺浸润性导管癌和癌旁正常组织中EGFR蛋白的表达。结果乳腺浸润性癌中EGFR的阳性表达率为65.0%,癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为20.0%,组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),阳性表达率与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01)。结论EGFR可能与乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生、分化和预后有关,可以为靶向治疗提供参考依据。Objective:To investigate the expression of EGFR protein in invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC)and its relationship with clinicopathology.Methods:Immunohistochemical MaxVisionTM was used to detect the expression of EGFR protein both in IDC tissue and in normal adjacent issue.Results:The positive expression rate of EGFR in IDC tissue was 65.0%,and it was 20.0%in adjacent normal mucosa.The difference was statistically significant,with P<0.05.The positive expression rate was related to lymphatic metastasis,with P<0.01.Conclusion:EGFR may be related to the occurrence,differentiation and prognosis of IDC,providing a reference for the targeted therapy.
