摘 要:为了研究紫甘蓝色素在羊毛织物染色及功能整理中的应用,以70%的乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,通过正交实验得到紫甘蓝色素超声辅助提取的较优工艺,即料液比1∶4,超声功率150 W,40℃超声30 min。色素直接上染羊毛织物,在染液用量16 g/L,pH 4,70℃染色75 min时K/S值较高。织物经氯化亚锡、明矾和单宁酸处理后染色,色素上染率增大,从而具有更好的抑菌、抗氧化及防紫外效果。In order to study the application of violet cabbage pigment in wool fabric dyeing and functional finishing,using 70%ethanol solution as the extraction solvent,the optimal ultrasonic assisted extraction pro⁃cess of violet cabbage pigment were obtained through the design of orthogonal experiment,which was solidliquid ratio 1∶4,ultrasonic power 150 W,ultrasound at min 40℃for 30 min.The wool fabric was directly dyed with violet cabbage pigment,and when the dyeing solution concentration 16 g/L,pH 4,dyeing temperature 70℃,dyeing time 75 min,K/S value was relatively higher.After dyeing with stannous chloride,alum and tan⁃nic acid,the dyeing rate of the fabric increased,and it had better bacteriostatic,antioxidant and UV protective effects.
