摘 要:以丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)为交联剂,次亚磷酸钠为催化剂制备β-环糊精接枝棉织物。以接枝率为指标优化接枝工艺,测定接枝棉织物的吸氨性能,并研究接枝对染色棉织物颜色参数的影响。结果表明,β-环糊精接枝棉织物的优化工艺为:β-环糊精40 g/L,BTCA 50 g/L,次亚磷酸钠20 g/L,170℃焙烘4 min;β-环糊精接枝后棉织物的吸氨量达49.77μg/g,远高于未接枝棉织物,活性染料染色棉织物的K/S值有所下降。β-cyclodextrin was grafted onto cotton woven fabric with butane tetracarboxylic acid(BTCA)as a cross-linking agent and sodium monophosphate as a catalyst.The grafting process ofβ-cyclodextrin was optimized with the grafting rate as the index,the ammonia absorption property of cotton woven fabric grafted withβ-cyclodextrin was determined,and the effect ofβ-cyclodextrin grafting on the color parameters of dyed cotton woven fabric was studied.The results indicated that the optimal grafting process were as follows:β-cyclodextrin 40 g/L,BTCA 50 g/L,sodium monophosphate 20 g/L,baking at 170℃for 4 min.The ammonia absorption of grafted cotton woven fabric was 49.77μg/g,which was considerably higher than that of ungrafted cotton woven fabric,and the K/S value of cotton woven fabric dyed by reactive dyes decreased.
