摘  要:采用索氏提取技术与气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用的方法,建立了测定针织服装中6种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)质量分数的方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取,GC-MS选择离子监测模式(SIM),内标法定量。结果表明:该方法对6种邻苯二甲酸酯的检出限为5.2~11.7μg/kg,曲线相对响应因子的相对标准偏差(RSDs)为2.98%~7.86%;对空白针织服装样品做加标回收实验,6种PAEs的回收率为87.3%~105.8%,RSDs为2.96%~8.27%(n=6)。该方法提取效率高、精密度好,适用于针织服装中痕量、超痕量PAEs的检测。A method for the determination of six phthalates(PAEs)in knitted garments by Soxhlet′s extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was developed.The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate.The identification and quantification were performed by GC-MS in selected ion monitoring(SIM)mode,and quantified by internal standard.The results showed that the detection limits of phthalic acid esters ranged from 5.2 to 11.7μg/kg,with the RSDs of relative response factor ranged from 2.98%to 7.86%.The standard addition recovery experiment was carried on the blank knitted garments sample.The recovery of 6 PAEs was 87.3%~105.8%,and the RSDs were in the ranges of 2.96%~8.27%(n=6).The method was sensitive and high precision,and suitable for the trace and ultra trace detection of six phthalic acid esters in knitted garments.
