人文视角下对“双轨合一”研究生思想教育现状的思考

摘　　要：“双轨合一”的培养模式下,临床医学专业学位研究生的专业知识与临床实践得以加强,但相对隐性的人文素质教育略显不足。为满足综合素质的培养要求,临床医学专业学位硕士研究生思想教育的工作方向需适当调整,加强人文关怀意识与职业素养,重视传统文化并建立文化自信,借助新媒体改变相对单一的工作模式已然迫在眉睫。从人文角度总结了“双轨合一”的培养模式下临床专业学位研究生思想教育工作的现存问题,探索了有效保障人文教育的实践途径,有助于培育具有综合素质的医疗人才。Under the train mode of“two-track integration”,the professional knowledge and practice of postgraduates with clinical medicine specialty degree can be strengthened,but the relative recessive humanistic quality education is slightly insufficient.In order to meet the requirements of comprehensive quality cultivation,it is urgent to adjust the work direction of ideological education for graduates with clinical medicine specialty degree,strengthen the consciousness of humanistic care and professional quality,attach importance to traditional culture and establish cultural confidence,and change the relatively single working mode through new media.From the perspective of humanity,this paper summarized the existing problems in the ideological education of postgraduates with clinical medicine specialty degree under the train mode of“dual track integration”,and explored the practical ways to effectively guarantee the humanistic education,which is helpful to cultivate medical talents with comprehensive quality.
