摘  要:目的:评估以小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)为载体的混合式教学改革在药事管理学科的应用情况,以期为药事管理学科教学发展提供参考建议。方法:采用文献研究法、问卷调研法,对四川大学2018级药学和临床药学专业的本科学生发放Likert 5点量表形式的问卷,校验问卷的信度及效度并对问卷结果进行描述性分析。结果:调研共计回收178份有效问卷,经统计软件SPSS25.0处理,结果显示问卷的信度及效度较高,且受访者对《药事管理学》混合式教学法线上教学效果持积极态度。结论:将混合式教学法融入本学科的教学实践,加深了对理论的掌握和对案例的分析,激励学生主动管理个人的学习空间,促进学生间互相讨论和进步。混合式教学模式应提高线上资源及平台软件质量,使线上教学模式与传统教学模式共同发展,保持线上课堂与学生互动的频率。Objective: To evaluate the application of SPOC as the carrier of blending teaching reform in pharmaceutical administration, so as to provide suggestions for the development of pharmaceutical administration teaching. Methods: Literature research and questionnaire survey were used to design Likert 5 scale questionnaire for undergraduate students majoring in pharmacy and clinical pharmacy of Sichuan University in 2018. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were verified, and descriptive analysis was conducted. Results: A total of 178 valid questionnaires were collected from the survey, which were processed by statistical software SPSS25.0. The results showed that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were relatively high, and the interviewees held a positive attitude towards the online teaching effect of the blending teaching method of pharmaceutical administration. Conclusion: The blending teaching method is integrated into the teaching practice of this subject, which deepens the mastery of theory and the analysis of cases, encourages students to actively manage their own learning space, and promotes the discussion and progress among students. Blending teaching mode should improve the quality of online resources and platform softwares, develop online teaching mode together with traditional teaching mode, and maintain the frequency of interaction among students in the online classroom.
