摘  要:目的探讨改良Park法重睑成形术的临床效果。方法自2017年6月至2019年1月,解放军联勤保障部队第九四〇医院烧伤整形科对216例单睑患者行改良Park法重睑成形术,将睑板前腱膜与切口下唇眼轮匝肌内固定缝合4针,表皮用7-0线连续缝合。在内外眦进出针处确切与深部睑板前组织缝合,加强固定。有内眦赘皮者同时行"一字法"内眦开大术。结果本组216例患者切口均一期愈合,局部肿胀轻,恢复快。术后随访1~18个月,除3例患者重睑变浅外,其余患者重睑弧度流畅、形态美观,内眦瘢痕轻微,手术效果较为满意。结论改良Park法重睑成形术可有效地避免术后重睑变浅与消失,结合"一字法"内眦开大术,可获得形态自然美观、效果稳定、瘢痕轻微的效果。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Park method in the blepharoplasty. Methods From June2017 to January 2019, 216 patients with single eyelid underwent modified Park method for blepharoplasty. The anterior tarsal plate aponeurosis and the orbicularis oculi muscle of the lower lip were fixed and sutured with 4 needles. Continuous suture of epidermis with7-0 thread was performed. The medial and lateral canthus were sutured with the anterior tissue of deep tarsal plate to strengthen the fixation. The patients with epicanthus underwent "transverse incision method" surgery at the same time. Results All incisions healed at first intention in 216 patients. The local swelling was mild and the recovery was quick. The follow-up ranged from 1 month to 18 months. Except for 3 cases of double eyelids became shallow, the remaining patients had smooth curvature, beautiful appearance, slight medial canthus scar and satisfactory results. Conclusion The modified Park blepharoplasty can effectively avoid the shallow and disappearance of double eyelids after operation. Combined with "transverse incision method" for epicanthus correction surgery, natural and beautiful appearance,stable efficacy and slight scar can be obtained.
