摘 要:阐述了微流控技术的基本原理和优势,介绍了微流控芯片制造工艺的研究现状,综述了微流控芯片在血液分型和血液疾病的初步筛查、肿瘤细胞快速筛查以及新型冠状病毒核酸快速检测等领域的研究现状和临床试验创新成果,分析了目前微流控芯片技术存在的不足及发展趋势。指出了随着新材料、新技术的不断涌现,基于微流控芯片的血液检测技术必将不断完善,为实现高通量、低成本、高精度、实时性的血液检测提供新的技术方案。The basic principles and advantages of microfluidic technology were described,and the present situation of microfluidic chip manufacturing process was introduced.The research progress and clinical trial innovations of microfluidic chips were reviewed in the fields of blood typing,preliminary screening of blood diseases,rapid screening of tumor cells and rapid nucleic acid detection of COVID-19.The shortcomings and development trends of the current microfluidic chip technology were analyzed.It was pointed out that with the emergence of new materials and technologies,the microfluidic chip-based blood testing technology would be continuously improved,providing a new technical solution to achieve high-throughput,low-cost,high-precision and real-time blood testing.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(2):93-98]
