摘 要:为抑制钢-混组合梁桥桥面板湿接缝处混凝土开裂,提高该处极限抗剪承载力,提出一种设置于桥面板接缝处呈方台形凸起的异形剪力键。采用加载试验对带异形剪力键桥面板湿接缝试件的力学性能进行研究,并与传统桥面板湿接缝试件的试验结果进行对比。结果表明:相比传统桥面板湿接缝试件,带异形剪力键桥面板湿接缝试件的混凝土材料性能发挥更充分;异形剪力键可以有效提高桥面板湿接缝的抗剪强度,桥面板湿接缝的极限抗剪承载力提高了137%;加载过程中试件湿接缝荷载~位移曲线、混凝土荷载~剪应变曲线以及钢筋荷载~应变曲线均反映出带异形剪力键的桥面板试件力学性能更优。To improve the ultimate shear capacity of deck panel in-situ joints of steel-concrete composite girder and alleviate concrete cracking,a kind of square frustum shear keys are proposed.Load tests were carried out to examine the mechanical property of the in-situ joints with this new type of shear keys,and the results were compared with the conventional in-situ joints.It was shown that compared with the specimen with conventional in-situ joints,the specimen instrumented with the square frustum shear keys could allow the material properties of concrete to give full play.The square frustum shear keys can effectively enhance the shear capacity of in-situ joints between deck panels.In the experiment,the ultimate shear strength of in-situ joints was improved by 137%.The load-displacement curves of in-situ joints,load-shear strain curves of concrete and the load-strain curves of reinforcement all imply that the mechanical property of specimen with the square frustum shear keys is superior to the one with conventional shear keys.
