摘　　要：随着核心素养教学理念的不断落实,留守儿童的人格缺陷问题也成为了当前教育行业必须解决的关键性问题,而这也就要求了教学工作者能够从我国农村留守儿童人格现状出发,探究出行之有效的留守儿童健全人格培养对策,从而为留守儿童身心的健康发展提供更加有力的保障。With the continuous implementation of the teaching concept of core literacy,the problem of personality defects of left-behind children has become a key problem that must be solved in the current education industry.This requires teachers to explore effective strategies for the healthy development of left-behind children.
