理工科大学生科研创新能力的培养探讨

摘　　要：通过科研创新活动,大学生的动手能力、独立思考问题和解决问题的能力得到极大提高。因此,探索切实有效的创新型科研能力培养模式显得尤为重要。当前,大学生科研创新能力培养过程中存在诸多问题,包括大学生参与科研活动的积极性不够、学生基本科研素养不高、大学生科研创新活动组织管理形式化、科研创新活动经费资助有限等。针对上述问题,提出了解决问题的途径和措施,包括:正确引导大学生参与科研活动,提高大学生参与科研的积极性;统筹安排,解决大学生科创经费的不足;改变思路,解决大学生科研创新活动的指导问题;加强大学生科研管理,建立学生科研管理体制。当然,大学生科研创新能力的培养离不开学校、老师和学生的共同努力。Through scientific research and innovation activities,college students' hands-on abil ity,independent thinking and problem-solving abilities have been greatly improved.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore practical and effective training models for innovative scientif ic research capabilities.There are many problems in the process of cultivating college students'scientif ic research and innovation ability,including insuff icient enthusiasm of college students to participate in scientif ic research activities,low basic scientif ic research literacy of students,formalized organization and management,and limited funding for scientific research innovation activities.The methods and measures to solve the problems are proposed,including correctly guiding college students to participate in scientific research activities,making overall arrangements to solve the shortage of scientific innovation funds for college students,changing ideas and solving the guidance of college students'scientific research and innovation activities,strengthen the scientific research management of college students and establish a student scientific research management system.Of course,the cultivation of college students'scientific research and innovation ability is inseparable from the joint efforts of schools,teachers and students.
