摘  要:以四川省45个深度贫困县域环境保护类紧缺人才的现实和发展需求,以及职业能力要求为导向,通过校地双方共同制订人才培养方案、工学交替在校地两处一年四学期实施课程教学、衔接融通1+X教学内容等方式进行教育教学改革,注重本土化课程开发、突出双元制办学主体、加强职业性技能培养,形成"需求导向,校地合作,双元培养"本土化人才培养模式,以期解决紧缺人才留得住、用得上、干得好的根本问题。It takes the actual needs and development needs of professionals in short supply in 45 deep povertystricken counties in Sichuan province and professional competence requirement oriented.It is through the college and local government work out talent training plan together,working and learning alternation in college and local area,so as to implement four semesters’curriculum teaching in one year and conducting the innovation of the method of convergence and accommodation 1+Xteaching contents and so on.We should pay much attention to the development local curriculum,highlighting the main body of dual system,strengthening cultivation of vocational ability and forming the mode of localized talent training,"demand orientation,cooperation between college and local,dual-cultivation"in order to solve the professionals in short supply,and solve the fundamental problem of keeping,using,and doing well.
