摘　　要：Seminar教学法运用于军医院校公共卫生事业管理本科生军队劳动卫生学的课程教学,改变传统的单向传授式教学模式,旨在提高课堂教学质量,提升学员创新和团队合作能力,增强学员毕业后的履职能力,改善传统的考核评价体系,达到促进教学相长的效果。“Seminar teaching method”has been applied to the teaching of military occupational hygiene for undergraduates of public health management in military hospitals,changing the traditional oneway teaching mode.It aims to improve the quality of classroom teaching,enhance the students’ability in innovation and teamwork,strengthen the students’ability to perform their duties after graduation,improve the traditional evaluation system,and promote learning while teaching.
