摘　　要：本文以连云港开放大学继续教育学院会计职称培训项目为其研究对象,通过对教育培训工作的更加深入调研、收集资料、汇总整理数据,分析该项目流程存在的问题。从培训前、培训中、培训结束后的各个阶段制定培训项目的流程以及相应的实施步骤。为了确保会计职称培训项目的高质性,必须对项目过程中的每一步进行质量的有效监管。This paper takes the Accounting Title Training Project of the school of continuing education of Lianyungang Open University as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the process of the project through in-depth investigation,data collection and data collection.Develop the training project process and corresponding implementation steps from each stage before,during and after the training.In order to ensure the high quality of accounting professional title training programs,it is necessary to effectively supervise the quality of each step in the project process.
