摘　　要：高校教学实验室是培养学生动手能力、实践能力和创新能力的重要平台。推进教学实验室开放,是实现实验资源共享、培养学生创新能力的重要途径和必然趋势,是深化教育改革的必然要求。结合自己在高校生物类教学实验室的工作实践,综合分析了高校教学实验室开放的必要性、开放模式、开放管理体制以及保障措施等,不断探索实验教学改革的机制和模式。University teaching laboratory is an important platform for cultivating students'operational ability,practical ability and innovative ability.Promoting the opening of teaching laboratories is an important way and an inevitable trend to realize the sharing of experimental resources and cultivate students'innovative ability,and is an inevitable requirement for deepening educational reform.Combining with my work practice in college biological teaching laboratories,the necessity,open mode,open management system and guarantee measures of university teaching laboratories are analyzed to continuously promote the mechanism and mode of experimental teaching reform.
