摘　　要：图书馆数字资源是社会智慧的浓缩,如何科学长期保存图书馆数字资源对我国政治经济文化良性可持续发展起着重要的作用,本文从图书馆数字资源长期保存的背景、必要性和现状开始,剖析现在国内图书馆数字资源长期保存所面临局限与存在的来源变迁、载体老化、标准和知识产权等问题,在此基础上针对这些问题,提出长期保存图书馆数字资源迁移、仿真、统一标准和法律保障等建议。Library digital resources are the concentration of social wisdom.How to Keep Library digital resources scientif ically for a long time plays an important role in the sound and sustainable development of China's political economy and culture.This paper begins with the background,necessity and current situation of long-term preservation of library digital resources,analyzes the problems of the long-term preservation of the digital resources of libraries in China,such as the limitation of the long-term preservation of the digital resources,the change of the sources,the aging of the carriers,the standards and the intellectual property rights.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the long-term preservation of the digital resources of the library,such as transfer,simulation,unif ied standards and legal protection.
