高职院校在校学生手机细菌污染状况调查

摘　　要：调查高职院校在校学生的手机使用情况、手机细菌污染状况,提高学生的卫生意识。选取某高职院校230名在校学生作为研究对象。其手机使用情况采取问卷调查法进行调查,其手机细菌污染状况采取局部检出法进行检测。应用不同方法对手机进行消毒,观察其消毒效果。每天使用手机3~7h者多于<3h、7~12h、>12h者;偶尔乱放手机者多于从不乱放手机、经常乱放手机者细菌污染超标率58.69%;指纹区域细菌数量明显高于屏幕、按键、两侧区域,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。普通湿巾的消毒效果明显低于免息抑菌洗手液、一次性酒精棉片、75%酒精消毒液,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高职院校在校学生手机细菌污染现象普遍,且超标率较高;指纹区域细菌数量最高,两侧最少;75%酒精消毒液对手机的消毒效果最好。To investigate the use of mobile phones and bacterial contamination of mobile phones among students in higher vocational colleges,so as to improve their health awareness.230 students in a vocational college were selected as the research objects.The use of mobile phones was investigated by questionnaire,and the bacterial contamination of mobile phones was detected by local detection method.Different methods were used to disinfect mobile phones,and the disinfection effect was observed.the number of people who used mobile phones for 3~7 hours per day was more than those who used mobile phones for less than 3 hours,7~12 hours and more than 12 hours;the number of bacteria in the f ingerprint area was signif icantly higher than that in the screen,buttons and two sides(P<0.05).The disinfection effect of ordinary wipes was signif icantly lower than that of non breathing antibacterial hand sanitizer,disposable alcohol cotton tablet and 75%alcohol disinfectant(P<0.05).Bacterial contamination of mobile phones is common among students in higher vocational colleges,and the rate of exceeding the standard is high;the number of bacteria in f ingerprint area is the highest,and the least on both sides;75%alcohol disinfectant has the best disinfection effect on mobile phones.
