摘　　要：实训基地的建设无疑是产教融合的有力保障,而大力倡导且能够成功引入企业方的参与是未来职业教育发展的必然趋势。目前企业型实训基地的建设还不成熟,当前两种典型的企业主导型实训基地建设模式也存在国家政策不完善;重形式、轻实质;资金投入有限等问题,只有让国家以及社会注重实践能力的培养,同时给予企业更多的政策支撑,才能突破企业主导型实训基地的建设瓶颈。The construction of practical training base is undoubtedly a powerful guarantee for the integration of industry and education,and it is the inevitable trend of future vocational education development to vigorously advocate and successfully introduce the participation of enterprises.At present,the construction of enterprisebased practical training base is not mature,and the two typical construction modes of enterprise-oriented practical training base also have imperfect national policies.Emphasizing form over substance;Limited capital investment and other problems,only let the country and society pay attention to the training of practical ability,at the same time give enterprises more policy support,can break through the construction bottleneck of enterprise-oriented practical training base.
