摘　　要：目的研究脑选择性蛋白激酶2(BRSK2)、X染色体连锁锌指蛋白(ZFX)及胶原三股螺旋重复蛋白1(CTHRC1)在胃癌组织中的表达及与病理参数、预后的关系。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月—2018年1月收治的58例胃癌患者的临床资料,按照部位不同分为胃癌组织组和癌旁组织组(距离胃癌组织5 cm以上的正常胃黏膜组织),每组58例。比较BRSK2、ZFX及CTHRC1蛋白在胃癌组织及癌旁组织的表达情况;随访2年,记录纳入者的存活及死亡情况,分析BRSK2、ZFX及CTHRC1蛋白对胃癌预后的影响及与各病理参数的相关性,并分析胃癌预后生存的危险因素。结果BRSK2在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率低于癌旁组织(P<0.01),ZFX和CTHRC1蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。BRSK2、ZFX及CTHRC1蛋白表达与胃癌侵袭深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。BRSK2阴性组平均生存时间短于阳性组(P<0.05)。ZFX、CTHRC1蛋白阴性组平均生存时间长于阳性组(P<0.05)。侵袭深度为T3+T4、存在淋巴结转移、BRSK2阴性、ZFX阳性、CTHRC1蛋白阳性为影响胃癌预后生存的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论BRSK2在胃癌组织中表达水平下降,ZFX及CTHRC1蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达水平增高;BRSK2、ZFX及CTHRC1蛋白表达水平的异常均参与了胃癌的发生和发展,并且与预后生存关系密切,可作为预测胃癌预后的分子标志物和肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。Objective To study expression of brain-selective kinase 2(BRSK2),zinc finger protein X-inked(ZFX)and collagen triple helix repeat containing 1(CTHRC1)in gastric cancer tissues and its relationship with pathological parameters and prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into gastric cancer tissue group and paracancerous tissue group(normal gastric mucosa tissue more than 5 cm away from gastric cancer tissue,according to different locations with 58 cases in each group.The expression of BRSK2,ZFX and CTHRC1 proteins in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was compared.The survival and death of the patients were recorded during the follow-up of 2 years.The effect of BRSK2,ZFX and CTHRC1 proteins on the prognosis and their correlation with pathological parameters of gastric cancer was analyzed,and the risk factors of prognosis and survival of gastric cancer were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of BRSK2 in gastric cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of ZFX and CTHRC1 proteins in gastric cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.01).The expression of BRSK2,ZFX and CTHRC1 protein was correlated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,and TNM stage(P<0.05).The average survival time of negative BRSK2 group was shorter than that of positive group(P<0.05).The average survival time of negative CTHRC1 and ZFX group was longer than that of positive group(P<0.05).The invasion depth of T3+T4,lymph node metastasis,negative BRSK2,positive ZFX and positive CTHRC1 protein were independent risk factors for the prognosis of gastric cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of BRSK2 in gastric cancer tissues were decreased,and the expression levels of ZFX and CTHRC1 are increased in gastric cancer tissues.The abnormal expression levels of BRSK2,ZFX and CTHRC
