无人机直接穿越放线滑车展放输电线路初级导引绳新工艺的研究

摘　　要：随着科学技术的进步与发展,当前输电线路张力架线施工展放初级导引绳全部采用飞行器进行展放,最普及的是采用多旋翼无人机。目前采用的无人机展放初级导引绳方式在展放初导绳和绕牵分绳施工作业中存在登高作业人员上塔下串作业量大、占用登高作业人员数量较多、设备占用时间长等一系列问题。通过对无人机展放初级导引绳工艺施工现状和当前初级导引绳展放存在的缺点进行分析,并通过采用创新思维方式,在正常放线滑车设备上通过加装放线滑车悬挂框架及配套滑杆进行进一步改造,实现无人机直接穿越放线滑车展放初级导引绳工艺流程,无需登高作业人员上塔下串,取消了绕牵分绳施工作业环节,并经过多次优化和试验验证,实现了无人机直接穿越放线滑车展放初级导引绳的突破。With development of science and technology,the current transmission line tension erection construction spreading primary guide rope all using flight for spreading,and the multi-rotor drones are the most common.At present,the primary guidance rope method of UAV’s display and release has a series of problems in the construction of the initial guide rope and the looping rope,such as the large amount of operation by climbing operators,the large number of occupation of climbing operators,the long occupation of equipment,etc.The project analyzes the unmanned aerial vehicle with the primary guide rope technology construction status and the current primary guide rope spreading shortcomings,and through the use of innovative thinking,the normal payline skid equipment is further transformed by adding the payline skid suspension frame and supporting slide bar to realize the UAV directly across the payline skid to display and put the primary guide rope process,without the need for high operators on the tower under the string,canceling the construction work around the rope,and after repeated optimization and test verification,the breakthrough of the UAV directly across the payline skid to display and put the primary guide rope are achieved.
