摘  要:机动弱小目标的检测和跟踪是当前研究的难点问题,而高脉冲重复频率(HPRF)雷达机动弱小多目标的检测跟踪问题同时面临雷达距离测量模糊、目标机动和目标低可观测等问题,更具复杂性。因此,对HPRF雷达机动弱小目标检测和跟踪的研究现状进行了详细分析,总结了该问题的关键难点,并结合前期研究,给出了具体可行的研究方向和思路,提炼了需解决的模糊量测似然函数的构建、目标丢失和消失的判别、“同源”目标的有效划分、乱序观测子量测重要性评估等关键技术,为HPRF雷达机动弱小目标检测和跟踪问题的研究提供参考。The detection and tracking of maneuvering weak targets is a difficult problem in the current research.However,when detection and tracking maneuvering weak targets with the high pulse repetition frequency(HPRF)radar,the problems such as range ambiguity,target maneuvering and low observability are to be faced,which complicates this issue even further.In this paper,the current situation of maneuvering weak targets detection and tracking with HPRF radar is analyzed in detail,and the key difficulties of this problem are summarized.Combined with the previous research,the specific and feasible research directions and ideas are given,and the key technologies such as the construction of fuzzy measurement likelihood function,the discrimination of target loss and disappearance,the effective division of"homologous"targets,and the importance evaluation of out of sequence sub-measurements are extracted,which can provide a reference for the detection and tracking of maneuvering weak targets with the HPRF radar.
