摘　　要：随着国家知识产权战略的启动实施,我国相继推出一系列支持高校开展知识产权信息服务的重要举措,为高校图书馆提供了新的发展机遇。文章在对高校知识产权信息服务现状和内涵进行阐释的基础上,就如何开展具有针对性、成效性的高校知识产权信息服务,从教师、PI团队、学生、中小企业等服务群体视角,以东北师范大学知识产权信息服务中心为例,针对不同服务主体设计了开展知识产权信息服务的模式和内容。With the national intellectual property strategy implementation,China has launched measures to support universities to carry out intellectual property information services,which provides unprecedented development opportunities for university libraries.Based on the interpretation of the current situation and connotation of intellectual property information service,from the perspective of teachers,PI team,students,small and medium-sized enterprises and other service groups,taking the intellectual property information service center of Northeast Normal University as an example,this paper designs the modes and contents of intellectual property information services for different service subjects.
