105例肺癌患者外周血中miRNA-10b的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨miRNA-10b在非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者外周血的表达情况.方法选取156例非小细胞肺癌患者,其中,105例列入实验组,51例排除入组,另选50例健康志愿人员为正常组.采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)检测两组外周血中miRNA-10b的表达,并分析实验组患者外周血中miRNA-10b表达与临床、病理、治疗方法的关系.结果实验组外周血中miRNA-10b表达为1.85±0.14,而正常组外周血中miRNA-10b表达为1.03±0.18,实验组明显高于正常组;患者外周血中miRNA-10b的表达高低与烟草吸食情况、病理学TNM分期、肺癌的类型相关(P<0.05).结论非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中miRNA-10b升高明显,miRNA-10b的高低与吸烟、病理类型、淋巴结转移和病理分期有关,可作为疗效的监测指标.Objective To investigate the expression of miRNA-10b in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma.Method 156 patients diagnosed as non-small cell lung carcinoma were selected for this study.Among them,105 patients were admitted to the trial group and 51 patients were excluded.Another 50 healthy volunteers were selected as the normal group.The expression of miRNA-10b in peripheral blood of patients in the two groups was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR),and the relationship between miRNA-10b expression and clinical,pathological and therapeutic conditions was analyzed.Results The expression of miRNA-10b in peripheral blood was 1.85±0.14 in the non-small cell lung carcinoma group and 1.03±0.18 in the normal control group.The high and low expression of miRNA-10b in peripheral blood of patients was correlated with tobacco smoking,TNM stage of pathology and type of lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of miRNA-10b in peripheral blood of patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma is significantly elevated,and miRNA-10b is related to smoking,pathological type,lymph node metastasis and pathological stage,and can be used as a monitoring index of therapeutic efficacy.
