GCDFP-15、ER、PR、C-erbB-2、Her2/Neu表达与乳腺癌超声征象的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨巨大囊肿病液体蛋白-15(GCDFP-15)、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、原癌基因C-erbB-2、原癌基因Her2/Neu表达与乳腺癌超声征象的关系.方法选取乳腺癌患者100例,术前行乳腺彩超检查,术后应用免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织标本中GCDFP-15、ER、PR、C-erbB-2、Her2/Neu的表达情况.结果GCDFP-15蛋白阴性率为61.00%,ER为50.00%,PR为36.00%,C-erbB-2为62.00%,Her2/Neu为45.00%.有内部微小钙化、血流显像分级2~3级、淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者GCDFP-15阴性率明显高于无内部微小钙化、血流显像分级0~1级、无淋巴结转移的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).有边缘毛刺征和周围高回声晕象的乳腺癌患者ER、PR阳性率明显高于无边缘毛刺征和周围高回声晕象的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者ER、PR阳性率明显低于无淋巴结转移的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).Her2/Neu阳性率明显高于无内部微小钙化、血流显像分级0~1级、无淋巴结转移的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论乳腺癌组织中GCDFP-15、ER、PR、C-erbB-2、Her2/Neu表达与超声征象密切相关,可用于乳腺癌患者的预后评估.Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of giant cystdisease liquid protein-15(GCDFP-15),estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),proto oncogene c-erbB-2,and proto oncogene HER2/Neu and ultrasonographic features of breast cancer.Method 100 cases of breast cancer patients were selected.Color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed before operation,the expression of GCDFP-15,ER,PR,C-erbB-2,HER2/Neu in breast cancer tissue samples were detected by immunohistoc-hemistry.Results The negative rate of GCDFP-15,ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and HER2/Neu were 61.00%,50.00%,36.00%,62.00%and 45.00%,respectively.The negative rate of GCDFP-15 in breast cancer patients with internal microcalcification,blood flow imaging grade 2~3 and lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without internal microcalcification,blood flow imaging grade 0~1 and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).The positive rates of ER and PR in breast cancer patients with edge burr sign and surrounding hyperechoic halo image were significantly higher than those without edge burr sign and surrounding hyperechoic halo image(P<0.01);The positive rates of ER and PR in breast cancer patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly lower than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).The positive rate of HER2/Neu was significantly higher than that of patients without internal microcalcification,blood flow imaging grade 0~1,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of GCDFP-15,ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and HER2/Neu in breast cancer tissues are closely related to ultrasonic signs,which can be used for clinical evaluation of breast cancer patients.
