摘　　要：破坏性创新代表全球化新阶段企业创新理念与模式的转变,是当今世界战略管理和创新管理领域的研究热点与前沿。但当前国际上有关破坏性创新的研究中仍存在对破坏性创新范式、发展脉络及学术前沿掌握模糊、未在理论界形成统一逻辑结构等问题。本文采用文献计量学方法,运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件绘制知识图谱,对Web of Science数据库中破坏性创新领域相关研究进行深入分析,厘清其内涵、特征及知识架构,探析其发展脉络与学术前沿,并提出未来研究方向,旨在推动破坏性创新相关学术研究与实践的进一步发展。研究发现:(1)国际破坏性创新研究涌现出大量有影响力的科研机构、核心期刊及作者,且呈现出跨学科整合和基础理论多元化的态势;(2)国际破坏性创新已经形成了模型构建、评估与应用、感知预测与方法策略三个主要学术集群,且其研究热点呈现出"概念界定—影响因素识别—实践应用"的演进趋势;(3)在未来的研究中,该领域可着力于破坏性创新的多元领域拓展、本土情境中的应用、相关政策研究、时机选择分析等角度展开研究。Disruptive innovation represents the transformation of enterprise innovation concept and model in the new stage of globalization.It is the research hotspot and frontier in the field of strategic management and innovation management at home and abroad.Destructive innovation research so far,has been in health care,urban transformation,social media,big data management,complex product system,emerging economies,and many other areas of application,but due to the existing research on the destructive innovation paradigm master fuzzy,not formed a unified logical structure in the theoretical circle and the lack of a common,lack of the theoretical basis of the knowledge base and the system is based on and is suitable for the innovation practice in China are insufficient in the situation of academic research,lead to the modern enterprise is still unable to accurately based on the summary of the research on the core issues and refining the destructive innovation theory precision guide innovation practice.Perspective based on bibliometrics,destructive innovation as a Web of Science database published journal articles as the research object,using Cite Space and VOSviewer knowledge mapping software,the author collaboration network of international destructive innovation,subject distribution,high yield and countries and institutions,source journals,total cited literature analysis,the high frequency keywords such as content,precipitation destructive innovation research field,the main point of the academic group to clarify the connotation,characteristics and knowledge structure of disruptive innovation,In this paper,the evolution of knowledge and academic frontiers in the field of international destructive innovation are comprehensively and systematically sorted out,and the possible research directions in the future are elaborated,so as to attract the attention of more Chinese scholars and managers,and provide academic reference for the development of the theory and practice of destructive innovation in China.The following research
