objective To explore the effect of standard rehabilitation procedure in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods From March 2019 to May 2020,40 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases each. The Control Group received routine rehabilitation training and the Observation Group received Standard Rehabilitation Procedure for 1 month. The levels of homocysteine and fibrinogen(FIB)before and 1 month after intervention were compared between the two groups.FUGL-MEYER FMA was used for motor function and BI for activity of daily living(Adl). Results After 1 month intervention,HCY AND BI index of the two groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(p<0.05),FMA score and BI index of the two groups increased after 1 month intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The Standard Rehabilitation Procedure can improve the level of HCY and FIB,improve the motor function and promote the activity of daily living in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
