摘　　要：【目的/意义】研究为新媒体环境下农民工在线信息服务模式分析提供了新的视角和分析方法,对相关部门针对农民工群体进行信息服务具有重要意义。【方法/过程】采用扎根理论质性分析方法,选取20名访谈者进行深度访谈,通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码比较、归纳,提炼出11个主范畴,构建了在线信息服务主体模式、在线信息服务客体模式、在线信息服务内容模式、在线信息服务渠道模式的农民工在线信息服务模式,并分析了模式之间的路径关系。【结果/结论】研究结论揭示了在线信息服务主体模式是在线信息服务模式的载体,在线信息服务客体模式是在线信息服务模式的基础,在线信息服务内容模式是在线信息服务模式的关键,在线信息服务模式的渠道模式是在线信息服务模式的主导。【Purpose/significance】The research provides a new perspective and analysis method for the analysis of the online information service mode of migrant workers in the new media environment, which is of great significance for relevant departments to provide information services for migrant workers.【Method/process】By using qualitative analysis method of grounded theory, this paper selected 20 interviewees for interviews in-depth, through open coding, axial coding and selective coding comparison, induction, the article extracts 11 main category and builds the online information service mode, online information service object mode, content of online information service mode, online information service mode of rural migrant workers online information service mode, and analyzes the relations between the path of the model.【Result/conclusion】Research conclusion reveals that subject mode, object mode, content mode and channel mode of online information service are the carrier, foundation, key and dominance of online information service mode respectively.
