摘  要:针对某厂350KA电解槽实际原型,建立了三维电、磁、流物理场仿真分析模型,计算了350KA电解槽磁场分布,铝液流速分布和铝液界面变形。同时仿真计算降低铝液中水平电流后铝液稳定性的变化。结果表明,水平电流降低可降低5.5%槽内磁场,但是如果存在槽周母线和相邻褙磁场时,水平电流变化对铝液磁场影响较小。水平电流降低40%~60%之间,铝液流速可以达到最小,水平电流降低60%~80%之间铝液界面变形可以最小。For a 350KA reduction pot of a certain plant,a three-dimensional electric,magnetic and fluid physics simulation analysis model was established,and the magnetic field distribution of the 350KA pot,the aluminum liquid velocity distribution and the aluminum liquid interface deformation were calculated.Simultaneously,the changes of the stability of the molten aluminum after reducing the horizontal current in the molten aluminum are calculated by simulation.The results show that the horizontal current change has a 5.5% effect on the magnetic field generated by the current in the slot,but if there is a bus bar and the magnetic field of the adjacent slot,the horizontal current change has little effect on the liquid aluminum magnetic field.When the horizontal current is reduced by 40%-60%,the flow rate of the aluminum liquid can be minimized,and the deformation of the aluminum liquid interface can be minimized when the horizontal current is reduced by 60%-80%.
