摘 要:目的:探讨翻转课堂联合CBL教学模式在留学生临床医学本科(MBBS)妇产科学异位妊娠单元教学中的应用效果。方法:选取重庆医科大学MBBS五年级留学生共66人,随机按班分为2组,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用翻转课堂联合CBL教学模式。课后通过理论考试联合问卷调查方式综合评价教学效果。结果:问卷结果显示实验组在提高自主学习能力、临床思维能力及学习效果等方面,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组理论考试成绩平均分(11.21±1.79)高于对照组(10.00±1.98)(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂联合CBL应用于留学生MBBS妇产科学异位妊娠教学单元中教学效果较理想,值得在留学生妇产科学教学中进一步探索和实践。[Objective]To explore the effects of the teaching method of flipped classroom combined with CBL on the ectopic pregnancy unit of gynecology teaching in international students of MBBS.[Method]66 international students in grade 5 of MBBS were divided into the control and experimental groups.The control group received traditional teaching method,while the experimental group received the teaching method of flipped classroom combined with CBL.The teaching effects were evaluated with questionnaire and theoretical test after class.[Result]The questionnaire results showed that compared with the control group,the teaching effects of flipped classroom combined with CBL was significantly better in the experimental group(P<0.05).The average score of the experimental group(11.21±1.79)was significantly higher than that of the control group(10.00±1.98,P<0.05).[Conclusion]The teaching effects of the flipped classroom combined with CBL on the ectopic pregnancy unit teaching is good,which is worth further exploring and practicing in gynecology teaching in international students.
