特岗轮训在护士层级进阶培训中的实践与成效

摘　　要：目的:探讨特殊岗位轮训在护士层级进阶培训中的效果。方法:实验组采用特殊岗位轮训,对照组接受常规培训,比较2组护士培训前后的床边综合能力和岗位胜任能力。结果:实验组操作技能(92.83±1.88)和床边综合能力(91.57±1.66)高于对照组(91.54±2.02、89.78±1.92),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组岗位胜任能力在个人特质(35.58±1.67)、临床护理能力(55.28±1.48)、人际沟通能力(22.87±1.04)、评判性临床思维能力(19.85±0.44)以及岗位胜任能力总分(180.02±2.34)高于对照组(分别是34.34±1.39、53.63±1.56、22.24±1.41、18.71±0.56和178.61±2.23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特岗轮训提高层级进阶护士的综合能力和岗位胜任能力,符合临床需求,可为完善护士层级进阶培训方案提供依据。[Objective]To investigate the effect of nurses training at special positions in the advanced training of nurses.[Method]Nurses training at special positions were used in the experimental group,and the routine training received in the control group.The bedside comprehensive ability and job competency before and after the training were compared between two groups.[Result]Operation skills(92.83±1.88)and the bedside comprehensive ability(91.57±1.66)were significantly higher than those of the control group(91.54±2.02,89.78±1.92,respectively,P<0.05).Comparing the nurse competencies in the two groups before and after the training,the nurse competencies were improved in personal characteristics(35.58±1.67),clinical nursing characteristics(35.58±1.67),interpersonal communication skills(22.87±1.04),critical clinical thinking ability(19.85±0.44),and ability(19.85±0.44)increased significantly compared than those of the control group(34.34±1.39,53.63±1.56,22.24±1.41,18.71±0.56 and178.61±2.23,respectively,P<0.05).[Conclusion]Nurses training at special positions improves the scores of the comprehensive ability and nurse competencies of advanced nurses,and may provide a basis data for improving the advanced training program for nurses.
