摘 要:目的基于现代互联网技术和人力资源管理模式,对医院传统的单机版人事系统进行优化设计,实现医院人力资源的规范化、系统化、科学化、高效化管理,为医院管理层制定发展战略提供决策支持。方法借鉴现代企业先进的人力资源管理信息系统设计理念,利用WEB和APP技术构建(浏览器+移动应用)/服务器结构的人力资源全模块管理系统;通过与医院其他系统对接,构建信息集成共享平台。结果该系统打破了时间、地域以及终端设备对使用的限制,涵盖了人力资源管理的所有业务模块,实现了工作流程电子化管理,建立了实时共享、联动更新的信息平台。结论通过该系统实现了对员工的全职业生命周期管理,提高了工作效率和管理水平。Objective:Based on modern Internet technology and human resource management mode,the traditional stand-alone personnel system of the hospital is optimized and designed to realize the standardized,systematic,scientific and efficient management of human resources in the hospital,and to provide decision support for the development strategy of the hospital management.Method:By using the advanced design concept of human resource management information system of modern enterprises for reference,and WEB and APP technology,the(B+A)/S(Browser+application)/Server,(Browser+Mobile Application)/Server structure of human resource full module management system is built.And by docking with other systems of the hospital,the information integration and sharing platform is built.Result:The system breaks the restriction of time,region and terminal equipment,covers all the business modules of human resource management,realizes the electronic management of work flow,and establishes the real-time sharing and linkage updating information platform.Conclusion:Through this system,the whole career life cycle management of the staff is realized,and the work efficiency and management level are improved,which provides a reference for the construction of human resource information in other hospitals.
