摘　　要：水痘是由感受水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的一种急性出疹性传染性疾病,现代医学中抗病毒药物干预是水痘临床最常见的治疗手段。中医药治疗水痘有着确切的临床疗效和独特优势,历来医家多以常证、变证进行区分治疗。本文在卫气营血辨证的基础之上,提出按照病情进展进行动态辨证,分阶段从4个方面进行论治。Varicella is an acute infectious disease caused by varicella zoster virus.Intervention of antiviral drugs is the most common treatment for varicella in modern medicine.Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of varicella has the exact clinical efficacy and unique advantages.Most of the doctors have always treated varicella with common and variable syndromes.On the basis of the syndrome differentiation of Weifen,Qifen,Yingfen and Xuefen,this paper puts forward a dynamic syndrome differentiation according to the progress of the disease.
