提高红木家具配料环节出材率的研究

摘　　要：红木资源紧缺,价格高昂,但红木纹理美观,材质坚硬,红木家具的需求日益增大。在红木家具生产中,配料是影响出材率的关键因素。本文通过对比以横截锯为核心设备的传统配料方式和以优选锯为核心设备的现代配料方式,分析红木家具生产如何满足柔性规模定制生产要求,运用现代配料方式解决红木家具出材率问题。并阐述了如何运用合适的生产模式和管理模式做好配料环节,避开缺陷,合理利用原材料,提高出材率,帮助企业节约红木资源、降低生产成本。Mahogany resources are in short supply and the price is high,but the demand for mahogany furniture is increasing due to its beautiful texture and hardness.In the production of mahogany furniture,the ingredient is the key factor affecting the yield.In this paper,by comparing the traditional batching method with cross-section saws as core equipment,and the modern batching method with optimized saws as core equipment,the author analyzes the ways to meet the flexible scale customized production requirements in the production of mahogany furniture,and uses the modern batching method to improve the outturn rate of mahogany furniture.It also describes the methods to finish the batching process with appropriate production mode and management mode,so that we can avoid defects,make rational use of raw materials,and improve the yield in the process,which will help enterprises to save redwood resources and production costs.
