早期子宫内膜腺癌老年患者术后近距离放疗与体外放疗的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较早期子宫内膜腺癌老年患者术后近距离放疗与体外放疗的效果。方法抽取2015年1月至2015年7月山西省肿瘤医院收治的早期子宫内膜腺癌女性老年患者104例,依据随机数字表分为两组,每组52例。近距组给予近距离放疗,体外组给予体外放疗,比较两组五年生存、复发转移及并发症情况。结果近距组患者五年生存率、复发转移率与体外组比较,差异未见统计学意义(χ^2=0.058、0.083,P>0.05)。近距组泌尿系统损伤率(13.46%,7/52)低于体外组(36.54%,19/52),P<0.05;近距组其余并发症发生率与体外组比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于体外放疗,近距离放疗能够减轻患者泌尿系统损伤。Objective To compare the effects of postoperative brachytherapy and external radiotherapy in elderly patients with early endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods A total of 104 elderly female patients with early endometrial adenocarcinoma admitted to Shanxi Cancer Hospital from January 2015 to July 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table,with 52 cases in each group.The brachytherapy group was given brachytherapy,and the extracorporeal group was given extracorporeal radiotherapy.The five-year survival,recurrence,metastasis and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The five-year survival rate,recurrence and metastasis rate of patients in the brachytherapy group were compared with those in the extracorporeal group,χ^2=0.058,0.083,P>0.05.The urinary system injury rate(13.46%,7/52)of the brachytherapy group was lower than that of the extracorporeal group(36.54%,19/52),P<0.05;there was no significant difference in the incidence of other complications between the brachytherapy group and the extracorporeal group(P>0.05).Conclusions Compare with external radiotherapy,brachytherapy is beneficial to alleviate urinary system damage.
