摘  要:江苏地区河网密布、地表水源地数量众多、水运发达,溢油类突发环境事件导致的污染风险较大。本文以江苏省近期发生的一起水源地污染事故案例为背景,分析了水上突发溢油事故应急监测结果、石油类污染物浓度沿程的扩散特征以及时空变化规律,并对比分析了监测结果与模型预测结果,发现在封闭、顺直河道石油类扩散范围较大,而采取紧急处置措施后,石油类污染物扩散范围较预测范围缩小44%~50%,具有向上游扩散的可能。研究证明及时投放围油栏、稀油毡等是应对事故的有效措施,提出了类似事件处置和监测的建议,可为同类事件的应对提供借鉴。There are many rivers,surface water sources,and developed water transportation in Jiangsu Province,there are high risk of oil pollution caused by environmental emergencies.Based on a recent water source pollution accident in Jiangsu Province,the monitoring results of sudden oil spill accident on water and the diffusion characteristics of oil pollutant concentration along the way as well as the temporal and spatial variation law are analyzed.Compare the monitoring results with the model prediction results,it is found that in the closed and straight rivers,the diffusion range of petroleum pollutants is 44%~50%smaller than the predicted range after emergency treatment measures are taken,and it is possible to spread to the upstream.At the same time,measures such as timely placing oil boom and thin linoleum are effective measures to deal with the accident.Summarizes the experience of similar events disposal and monitoring can provide reference for the response of similar events.
