摘 要:为探究校园足球对普通大学生社会适应能力的影响,对382名参与高校校园足球运动的大学生和468名没有任何运动经历或少于1年的大学生进行社会适应性行为方式问卷调查和数据分析。结果发现,校园足球运动组大学生的开放自信和情境调控能力指标数值显著大于对照组(P<0.01),同时校园足球运动组大学生的客观现实、压力应对、自尊自主和豁达宽容能力指标数值显著大于对照组,(P<0.05)。研究发现,大学生长期参与校园足球运动,有助于提高其开放自信、客观现实、压力应对、自尊自主、情境调控与豁达宽容能力,进而提升其社会适应能力。In order to explore the impact of campus football on the social adaptability of ordinary college students,a questionnaire survey and data analysis were conducted on 382 college students who participated in campus football and 468 college students who had no sports experience or less than one year.The results showed that the open confidence and situational control ability of college students in the campus football group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the objective reality,stress response,self-esteem,and tolerance ability of college students in the campus football group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It is found that college students'long-term participation in campus football is conducive to improving their ability to be open and confident,objective and realistic,dealing with pressure,self-respect,situational control,and open-minded and tolerant,so as to improve their ability to adapt to society.
