摘 要:目的:了解重症监护室(ICU)护士对健康工作环境的期待,以期为完善ICU护理环境建设、稳定护理队伍、进一步提升ICU护士工作满意度提供参考。方法:采用半结构式访谈法,于2019年3月—2019年6月选取郑州市4所三级甲等医院共10个亚专科的17名ICU护士为访谈对象,以Claizzi现象学分析法对资料进行分析。结果:ICU护士对健康工作环境存在诸多期待,如良性的人际氛围、合理的顶层设计及最大的成长空间。结论:护理管理者应以ICU护士的需求为导向,最大限度地满足其期待,构建一个健康的ICU工作环境,以调动护士工作积极性,提升其职业获益感。Objective:To understand ICU nurses′expectation for healthy working environment in intensive care unit(ICU),so as to provide reference for improving ICU nursing environment construction,stabilizing nursing team,and further improving ICU nurses′job satisfaction.Methods:From March 2019 to June 2019,17 ICU nurses from 10 sub-specialties in 4 third-class A level hospitals in Zhengzhou were selected as the interviewees by semi-structured interview.The data were analyzed by the Claizzi analytical method.Results:ICU nurses had many expectations for healthy working environment,such as benign interpersonal atmosphere,reasonable top-level design,and maximum growth space.Conclusions:Nursing managers should be guided by the needs of ICU nurses,meet their expectations to the greatest extent,and build a healthy ICU working environment to mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses and enhance their sense of professional benefits.
