摘　　要：透射电镜被用来作为形态学研究的工具,被广泛应用于生物学领域,但生物样品透射电镜制样过程繁琐,需要从事透射电镜制样的工作人员长期大量反复的摸索才能保证制样的质量。现就本研究室实际摸索的条件及相关文献的阐述进行总结,以期更好的服务于临床和科研。Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)has been widely used in morphological research.However,the preparation of biological samples for TEM are troublesome and poor of quality.It is necessary for electron microscope technician to explore the conditions repeatedly and for long times,this paper summarizes the actual conditions and related literature,which service better for clinical and scientific research.
