摘  要:组织学生参加学科竞赛成为各高校锻炼学生专业技能、提升综合素质的有效途径。参加学科竞赛不仅可以培养学生自主学习能力,提升核心专业能力和就业竞争力,还可以营造良好的学习氛围,推进高校学风建设。应用型高校应结合自身发展目标和定位,将人才培养方案动态对接地方社会需求变化,构建国贸专业学科竞赛平台。建立科学有效的学科竞赛运行保障制度及激励机制将有助于推进教师教学改革,做实校企合作,以赛促学、以赛促教,提高人才培养质量。Organizing students to participate in discipline competitions has become an effective way for universities to exercise students’ professional skills and improve their overall quality. It can not only cultivate students’ independent learning skills and enhance their core professional abilities as well as employment competitiveness, but also create a good learning atmosphere and promote the construction of universities’ academic disciplines. Applied universities should combine their own development goals and dynamically dock talent training programs with changes in local social needs to build a professional discipline competition platform of international trade. Establishing a scientific and effective discipline competition operation guarantee system and incentive mechanism helps to further the teaching reform, implement real school-enterprise cooperation, advance learning and teaching by competition, thereby improving the quality of talent training.
