摘 要:分析了在学校各方面对双创教育重视、学生参与创新创业训练计划逐年增加的背景下,创业人次依然偏少的情况,以及存在对双创教育认识不足、课程体系与师资队伍建设存在薄弱环节等问题,针对这些问题,文章提出了从优化人才培养方案、加强课程体系和师资队伍建设,强化现有两个创业孵化基地的示范带动效应,以及开展业信息统计和创业团队跟踪服务等方面发力,进一步提高食品科学与工程专业双创人才培养质量的建议。Taking the discipline of Food Science and Engineering of Hefei University as an example, this paper analyzes the great importance attached to the education of entrepreneurship and innovation. It finds such problems as insufficient entrepreneurial people, lack of understanding of innovative and entrepreneurial education, weak links between the curriculum system and teaching staff construction under the background that schools and students’ participation in the training program of innovation and entrepreneurship is increasing year by year. Some suggestions are put forward to further improve the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training of Food Science and Engineering from the aspects of optimizing the talent training program, strengthening the curriculum system and faculty construction, strengthening the demonstration and driving effect of the existing two incubation bases, and carrying out statistics on entrepreneurship information and entrepreneurial team tracking services.
