摘　　要：基于社会运行论视角,以湖南水府庙国家湿地公园双源村为案例进行研究分析,理清其社会运行的历程与转型的过程。分析当下乡村生态保护与经济发展的平衡运行机制在中性运行转向良性运行时存在社会需要未满足、各类要素整合缓慢、扶持力度不足、发展保障不到位等运行痛点和有待完善的地方。根据双源村的现状、发展基础和困境,有针对性地提出支撑双源村未来可持续发展之路的可行规划与措施,为乡村振兴与社会治理向社会良性运行提供参考依据。Based on the perspective of social operation theory,this study takes Shuangyuan village of Shuifumiao National Wetland Park in Hunan Province as a case study to clarify the course of its social operation and its transformation.This paper analyzes the current rural ecological protection and economic development of the balance of the operating mechanism in neutral operation to the benign operation of the existence of social needs not to be met,various factors slow integration,inadequate support,development of inadequate security and other operating pain points and needs to be improved.According to the present situation,development foundation and predicament of Shuangyuan village,this paper puts forward some feasible plans and measures to support the sustainable development of Shuangyuan village in the future.
