我国竞技体育发展存在的关键问题及解决措施

摘　　要：为找准我国竞技体育改革与发展的突破口,通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和实地观察法,对我国竞技体育发展过程中存在的关键问题与解决措施进行研究。认为,我国竞技体育发展的问题集中在发展路径、管理、动力、国际竞争力、价值取向5个方面,它使竞技体育发展的功能与价值出现一定偏差。需要重视国际和国内发展形势与环境的变化所带来的挑战,正视其在国家、社会、民众层面的发展使命,生产和提供满足3类主体需求的竞技体育产品。需要从竞技体育发展的价值定位、路径优化、内生动力培养、竞争力建构4个方面来推进我国竞技体育发展方式的转变。The key problems and solutions in the development of competitive sports in China were studied by means of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and field observation in order to find out the breakthrough in the reform and development of competitive sports in China.It is believed that the problems of the development of competitive sports in China are concentrated in five aspects:development path,management,motivation,international competitiveness and value orientation,which makes the function and value of competitive sports development deviate from each other.It is necessary to pay attention to the challenges brought by the changes of international and domestic development situation and environment,face up to its development mission at the national,social and public levels,and produce and provide competitive sports products that meet the needs of the three main bodies.It is required to promote the transformation of the development mode of competitive sports in China from four aspects:value orientation,path optimization,endogenous power training and competitiveness construction.
