摘　　要：特鲁索综合征是一种恶性肿瘤相关的血栓栓塞并发症,病因不明,患者易反复发生脑区多血管梗死,D-二聚体水平异常升高,且多数患者在脑血管事件发病1年内发现肿瘤,因此部分患者发现肿瘤时已出现远处转移,错过了最佳治疗时机。特此报道1例,以期提高临床医生对特鲁索综合征的诊疗水平,尽早发现并治疗原发病,以降低脑梗死复发率。Trousseau syndrome is a thromboembolic complication associated with malignant tumors,and cause is unknown,patients are prone to recurrent acute cerebral infarction with the multi-vascular area,and the D-dimer level is abnormally increased,most patients found tumors within 1 year of the onset of cerebrovascular events,there was distant metastasis,and the best time for treatment is missed when some patients have already discovered the tumors.This paper reported a case of trousseau syndrome,in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of trousseau syndrome by clinicians,search and treat the primary disease as soon as possible,and reduce the recurrence rate of cerebral infarction.
