护士在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间心理压力及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的调查护士在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的心理压力及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、心理压力量表、社会支持量表、新型冠状病毒肺炎相关知识调查问卷,以便利抽样的方法、利用问卷星调查278名护士。结果本研究结果显示护士心理压力平均得分为(2.54±2.2)分,88.8%的患者处于低等水平;各个分量表中恐惧得分为最高,其次为抑郁、神经衰弱、强迫焦虑,疑病最低。护士心理压力与新冠肺炎知识、社会支持、文化水平等呈负相关,与科室呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论护理管理者在临床工作中要加强新冠肺炎防控知识、方法与技能的培训,充分利用社会支持,使护士能感受到来自家庭和同事的温暖,做好一线科室护士轮换休整到位,减轻护士的心理压力。Objective To investigate on psychological stress and its influencing factors of nurses during the outbreak of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).Methods Using general data scale、psychological stress scale,social support scale and Questionnaire on knowledge about 2019-nCoV,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 278 nurses by means of convenient sampling.Results The score of psychological stresswas(2.54±2.2),88.8%of patients were low level.The subscale of psychological stress,the score of fear was the highest,followed by depression,neurasthenia,obsessive anxiety,and hypochondria.The score of psychological stress of nurses was negatively correlated with the knowledge,social support and education level of patients with 2019-nCoV,and positively correlated with the department(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical work,nursing managers should strengthen the training of knowledge,methods and skills for the prevention and control of 2019-nCoV,make full use of social support,so that nurses can feel the warmth from their families and colleagues,and do a good job in the rotation of first-line department nurses to relieve the psychological pressure of nurses.
