摘 要:采用饲喂高脂饲料的方式造成动物代谢异常,此法常被用来探索疾病的发生、发展规律,为临床研究提供理论依据。本文综述了常用高脂饲料诱导的代谢性疾病动物模型,并探讨疾病模型形成机制及各营养成分的作用方式,为相关研究人员建立疾病模型时提供理论和实践参考。High-fat diets are often used to induce models with nutritional abnormalities and stimulate human diseases,which are used to explore the mechanism of disease development and widely used in clinical hypothesis study.In order to provide theoretical and practical basis for researchers in this field,recent advances on animal models of metabolic diseases induced by high-fat diets were reviewed,and the mechanisms underlying disease development and the respective roles of nutrient components of the diets were also discussed.
