摘 要:在双五轴镜像铣削加工过程中,支撑端和铣削端在同步运动时可能会发生碰撞,对设备安全和蒙皮件质量造成较大影响。为了预防两端之间的干涉,采用OBB包围盒模型与分离轴算法实现镜像铣加工的碰撞检测。首先分析OBB包围盒的建立方法及其优势,并建立机床支撑端与铣削端的包围盒模型;然后通过分离轴算法得到支撑端与铣削端的最近距离,并判断不同铣削位置是否碰撞;最后通过MATLAB进行仿真。仿真结果表明,相比AABB包围盒法,OBB包围盒法建模速度提高了25%,并能有效利用SAT算法判断碰撞的发生。In the process of double five-axis mirror milling,the support end and the milling end may collide when they move synchronously,which will greatly affect the safety of the equipment and the quality of the skin.In this paper,the collision detection method in the process of image milling is constructed by using OBB bounding box model and separating axis algorithm.Firstly,the construction method and advantages of OBB bounding box are analyzed,and the bounding box models of machine tool support end and milling end are established.Then the nearest distance between the supporting end and the milling end is obtained by the separation axis algorithm and the collision of different milling positions is judged.Finally,simulation is conducted by MATLAB.The simulation results show that compared with AABB enveloping box method,OBB bounding box method improves the modeling speed by 25%,and can effectively judge the occurrence of collisions by using SAT algorithm.
