摘 要:为满足变量喷雾机需要,设计一种对混药量进行控制的实时混药系统。该系统根据清水流量及混药比生成PWM调制信号,采用PI控制器对PWM信号的占空比进行反馈控制,实现蠕动泵精准吸药、混药比在线可调。清水和药液经混药器混合后进入缓冲罐,由液位传感器实时监测水箱及缓冲罐内的液位信息,确定混药进程。在蠕动泵的工作流量范围内对实时混药系统进行混药比控制试验,得到混药比误差变化曲线。试验结果表明:混药比在140∶1至400∶1之间在线可调,且控制精度达95%以上。采用脉宽调制信号控制蠕动泵吸药,并由PI控制器对PWM信号占空比进行反馈,可实现药液流量精确控制,混药比在线可调。系统根据液位信息调节混药量,稳定可靠,能满足变量喷雾需求。In order to meet the needs of variable sprayers,a real-time medicine mixing system is designed to control the amount of mixed medicine.The system generates a PWM modulation signal according to the flow of fresh water and the mixing ratio,and uses a PI controller to feedbackly control the duty cycle of the PWM signal to achieve accurate peristaltic pump suction and online adjustment of the mixing ratio.The clear water and the medicine liquid are mixed into the buffer tank by the medicine mixer,and the liquid level sensor monitors the liquid level information in the water tank and the buffer tank in real time to determine the medicine mixing process.Within the working flow range of the peristaltic pump,the mixed medicine ratio control test is carried out on the real-time mixed medicine system,and the error change curve of the mixed medicine ratio is given.The test results show that the mixing ratio is adjustable online from 140∶1 to 400∶1,and the control accuracy is more than 95%.The pulse width modulation signal is used to control the peristaltic pump to suck the medicine,and the PI controller feedbacks the PWM signal duty ratio,which can realize the precise control of the medicine liquid flow,and the mixing ratio can be adjusted online.The designed real-time mixing system can adjust the mixing amount according to the liquid level information.The system is stable and reliable,and can meet the needs of variable sprayers.
