新形势下培育新型职业农民的思考

摘　　要：新型职业农民是实施国家发展战略的重要主体,培育新型职业农民符合"互联网+"背景下市场经济发展的需求,有利于保障农民权益,加强农村文化和生态文明建设。通过介绍新型职业农民培育的过程,存在的困难及问题,提出相关建议,以期为新形势下培育新型职业农民提供理论借鉴。The new occupation farmers are the main body of implementing the national development strategy.Cultivating new type of occupation farmers is in line with the demand of market economy development under the background of Internet plus,and is conducive to protect the rights and interests of farmers and the construction of rural culture and ecological civilization.This paper introduced the general process,existing difficulties and problems of cultivating new professional farmers and put forward some suggestions in order to provide theoretical reference for the new professional farmers cultivation.
