枯草芽孢杆菌制剂中有效活菌数测定的能力验证

摘　　要：为提高实验室对枯草芽孢杆菌制剂中有效活菌数的检测能力,以《能力验证提供者认可准则在微生物领域的应用说明》(CNAS-CL03-A001:2018)为依据进行能力验证试验。按照《农用微生物菌剂》(GB20287-2006)、《微生物肥料产品检验规程》(NY/T 2321-2013)对样品进行检测。结果显示满意占反馈结果总数的83.3%。In order to improve the laboratory’s ability in testing viable bacteria number of bacillus subtilis products,this paper organized this proficiency test based on Guidelines for the Validation of Providers in the Microbiology(CNAS-CL03-A001:2018).The samples were tested according to Agricultural Microbial Inoculants(GB 20287-2006)and Microbial Fertilizer Products Inspection Regulations(NY/T 2321-2013).The results showed that satisfactory results accounted for 83.3%of the total.
